These walks are an excellent way to meet and make new friends, particularly if you don’t like walking on your own. They also enable people who do little exercise to gently increase their activity levels, improve health conditions such as arthritis and heart disease, help people lose weight and those recovering from illness.
Members get to hear about other ActivLives activities and are signposted to other organisations or facilities to help people keep active and connected.
After the walks you can go for a coffee and a chat with ActivWalking members and find out more about all the other walks taking place across the Suffolk region.
