DESCRIPTION:Boccia is a truly inclusive sport. Played seated\, it has been 
 a Paralympic sport since 1984. The game is usually played in two teams\, w
 ho compete to try to send/throw/kick their balls closer to the target (the
  jack)\, than their opponents. It is relatively easy to play\, but devilis
 hly tricky to play well!\n\nThese sessions usually consist of a variety of
  fun warm up activities and skills practices\, followed by plenty of games
 . It is led by one of our experienced Boccia Leaders. Occasionally we play
  a friendly tournament amongst the group.\n\nNo previous experience is req
 uired. This session is ideal for anyone with limited physical mobility and
 /or stability.\nThursday from 10:30am – 12:30 pm at the Whitton Sports C
 entre\, Ipswich\, IP1 6LW\n£6.00 per session\nIf you would like more inf
