 lks and it is FREE!\n\nThe session is led by experienced volunteers walk l
 eaders. This walk is a great way to meet new people\, enjoy the beautiful 
 parkland and boost your mental and physical health. Walking is a great way
  to improve your health and fitness.\n\nPlease wear suitable shoes. The wa
 lk is about an hour in total\, at a gentle pace. We usually divide into tw
 o groups\, one walking at a slightly quicker pace than the other. The park
  is undulating – as a result this walk does include some uphill sections
 . We usually stay on the footpaths throughout\, including the beautiful ar
 boretum section of the park. This walk is suitable for wheelchair users.\n
 The schedule is every other Monday 11.00am-12.00pm (excluding Bank Holiday
 s). We meet inside the Soane Street gate in Christchurch Park\, Ipswich\, 
 IP4 2BG (in front of the Mansion). The park is very close to the centre of
