DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to ActivWalks and it is FREE!\n\nThe sessio
 n is led by experienced volunteers walk leaders. This walk is a great way 
 to meet new people\, enjoy the beautiful parkland and boost your mental an
 d physical health. Walking is a great way to improve your health and fitne
 ss.\n\nPlease wear suitable shoes. The walk is about an hour in total\, at
  a gentle pace. We usually divide into two groups\, one walking at a sligh
 tly quicker pace than the other. The park is undulating – as a result th
 is walk does include some uphill sections. We usually stay on the footpath
 s throughout\, including the beautiful arboretum section of the park. This
  walk is suitable for wheelchair users.\nThe schedule is every other Monda
 y 11.00am-12.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays). We meet inside the Soane Stre
 et gate in Christchurch Park\, Ipswich\, IP4 2BG (in front of the Mansion)
 . The park is very close to the centre of town and the main bus routes.\n2
