 ay 1st December 2015\n10am until 3pm\n\nEnjoy a cuppa and homemade cake on
  our NEW patio in a garden designed and developed especially for older peo
 ple by our volunteer team.\nThis is a chance to see the work in progress a
 nd contribute your ideas!\nHanging baskets\, winter pansies and primroses\
 , other plants for sale\nAlso Decorations\, Bird boxes\, Crafts\n\nAll mad
 e or planted by our volunteers. All proceeds will support the development 
 of the project.\n\nPublic car parks are accessed via Hadleigh Road entranc
 e.\nPlease follow signs to event from front of mansion.  \n \nFor more de
