Friendly Community Hub for people living with dementia and their carers

Are you a carer for a relative with dementia or a physical health condition, or do you live alone and feel isolated at home?

If so our ActivFriends weekly Hub could be just the place for both of you.

We offer a weekly opportunity to make new friends, take part in fun activities and enjoy a freshly cooked, 2 course lunch, supported by regular volunteers.

We are a very friendly group, and every week is different and offers the opportunity to meet up with likeminded people in a safe, relaxed environment.

The hub is supported by staff and volunteers who are happy to have a chat and provide advice if needed.

Refreshments on arrival.

Every Friday, 10.30 am to 2.00 pm

£7.00 per session, First session is FREE
