How we grow our community
ActivGardens in Sudbury enables local people of all ages and abilities to gather and garden together for the benefit of the whole community. In these relaxed sessions based in Belle Vue Park you will work alongside others, sharing skills and knowledge and enjoying a cuppa among new-found friends.
Make your local park bloom
Volunteering in this historic green space generates a sense of community and wellbeing โ you will feel better for it! You donโt have to be an expert gardener, itโs all about learning while you work and contributing your ideas and enthusiasm. Being among plants in the natural world as part of a positive routine can help your mental health, while building your confidence too. You will get a sense of satisfaction out of caring for your local park and feel proud of the difference you can make.
