“I am so glad I came to the community garden this week, I have had a bad week…and I really didn’t feel like going but I am so glad I did I feel so much better now, being in the garden, getting fresh air, seeing the staff and other volunteers has put a big smile on my face, I can’t wait til next week now.”

“I like all the people here, and I feel comfortable, safe and while I am here I can just be myself. It helps to mix and meet others, as living alone I don’t have much outside life, so coming here helps with anxiety.
