How you can help your local community
If you have a few hours or more to spare each week, why not become a volunteer? We provide a wide range of volunteering opportunities including lunch club assistants, cooks, health walk leaders and more. We provide the necessary learning & support to help you reach your goals.
Make a referral:
If you know of someone who would benefit from our activities, but need extra support, contact us to find out how to make a referral.
Be a member:
New to the area? Feeling lonely? Need to be more active? Then why not join one of our groups or activities. You will also be signposted to other organisations, local facilities and health information.
Make a donation, sponsor a project or event. All donations will help towards reducing loneliness and keeping people connected and health.
Help us organise fundraising events or represent us in a sponsored event. Funds will help to develop services and keep people active and healthy in Suffolk.
