Great News! ActivLives received funding from Sizewell C to help more people keep active, connected and involved with their local community. Read more details here from Sizewell C:

 We’re really pleased to share that £550,000 has been awarded to nine brilliant local organisations through the latest round of the Sizewell C Community Fund – all working to make a difference across East Suffolk.

The Fund is here to support projects that boost the wellbeing of our communities – whether that’s helping people stay active, creating green spaces, or supporting those who need it most.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be shining a light on the groups receiving funding in our #SizewellCommunitySpotlight  series – starting with the fantastic @activlives.

 ActivLives has received over £140,000 to help older people in Leiston and Saxmundham stay healthy, connected and supported.

 “This funding will enable us to keep growing our falls prevention and BreatheFit sessions – and to offer new, inclusive activities through our ActivAble Project,” the team told us.

These are just some of the amazing groups working hard to make our community stronger.
