More….The event will be an opportunity to see how far we have got with building our garden especially for older people and people in wheelchairs, funded by Tesco ‘Bags of Help’.

You can also find out about our new project for Chantry, Branching Out – Growing Together, to enable older people who are wheelchair-bound with conditions such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s, brain injury and stroke, to get active in an outdoor community setting, with opportunities to have a chat with other local people, make friends, and share their skills and ideas.

This project is funded by a grant of more than £40,000 over two years from money raised by HealthIntend through The Health Lottery.
