Did you know?
According to the 2021 census, approximately 17.3% of Suffolk’s population—around 129,000 people—are disabled under the Equality Act. That’s a significant portion of our community, and it’s vital we continue to create spaces for inclusion, support, and celebration.
That’s why events like Felixstowe Disability Pride are so important!
Taking place along the beautiful Felixstowe Prom on Friday, 11th July 2025, this event aims to celebrate individuals for who they are, not their disability. With a trade fair at the leisure centre, an inclusive atmosphere, and support from incredible charity partners like Active Lives and Suffolk Mind, Felixstowe Disability Pride promises to be a day of joy, empowerment, and community spirit.
Join us in recognising the contributions and achievements of people with disabilities and working towards a society where everyone feels valued, respected, and celebrated. ![]()
