“It has been good to meet new people. I have enjoyed coming to the garden. My confidence has grown and I have learnt new plant names and practiced using different tools.”

“I was feeling quite isolated and the course has helped me come out of my shell. I have taken my knowledge and skills into everyday life. It has got me out in the garden at home and identifying plants as I walk around my neighbourhood. The course has been wholesome and productive.”

“I have learnt lots of new skills like using gardening tools, different plant names, how to take cuttings, garden design and composting. I have enjoyed meeting new people and recognising plants on local walks. It has put a new perspective on things.”

“Joining the course has improved my confidence, which became “massively higher”. Gardening helped reduce my anxiety and I felt excited to come each week.”
