A follow on group specifically for people living with a diagnosed respiratory condition/breathlessness. A low intensity exercise class that can be adapted to suit individual needs. The session is led by Frazier, an experienced GP referral fitness instructor who specialises in COPD/health conditions.

 ‘I’m aware how challenging and intimidating the world of fitness and exercise can be, especially for those who live with respiratory conditions. I aim to support and encourage people living with lung conditions to stay motivated and pro-actively manage their symptoms. Together we can Breathe our way through it!’- Frazier

Every Wednesday afternoon 1.00-2.30pm at the Waterloo Centre in Leiston. Refreshments provided after each session.
