This session is a combination of Ping Pong and Short Tennis. Most of the group rotate between both sports – it’s great fun. Most of us have played Ping Pong at some point (although maybe not since Youth Club!). Short Tennis is an adapted version of Lawn Tennis, played on a badminton court with a low net, a softer, slower ball and an adapted racket.

We provide all of the equipment so don’t worry about bringing anything. Just wear comfortable, loose clothing and a pair of gym shoes/trainers. As with all of our sessions, beginners are very welcome to come along. No need to book.
