The activity was part of the launch of a new partnership between ActivLives and the East of England Co-op, which is supporting the charity to the tune of almost £80,000.
The ActivLives stand, in the East of England Co-op marquee on Flower Show Alley, impressed visitors with a beautiful display of plants and produce from both gardens.
Thanks to everyone who made our presence at the show such a resounding success.
The new funding will enable ActivLives to develop the Bowls Pavilion on Halifax Road into an ActivHub, with a community kitchen, pop-up café and produce market, as well as classes and activities and new opportunities at the People’s Community Garden.
