ActivLives is currently researching the Bildeston area to see if there is the need / demand for such a club.
It is proposed that the ‘hub’ would take place once a week in Chamberlain Hall from 10am – 1pm (exact day has yet TBC) and provide the opportunity for the residents of Bildeston and surrounding areas to take part in a variety of activities, meet and make new friends as well as enjoy a light lunch / tea / coffee.
The fun activity sessions will provide the opportunity to take part in chair based exercise, cooking demo’s, yoga/ relaxation, indoor bowls etc . The activities will be
subsidised by the charity and cost no more than £2.
If you have problems with mobility and accessing the club then ActivLives may be able to offer assistance with transport.
