We have hubs all around Ipswich and into Suffolk where we run weekly exercise sessions to help prevent falls, and to keep you physically and mentally fit. The video shows you 6 exercises you can do at home, but we like to bring people together to exercise as a group, and then sit down with a cuppa and have a nice chat, making some new friends along the way!
