Julie Stokes, CEO said, ‘We are really looking forward to this event and want people to come and join our members, guests, volunteers and staff to help set a record for the largest ‘fun’ seated exercise session in Suffolk. The event will be an opportunity for people to find out more about our ActivHubs and services and also help us celebrate the achievements, over the last 16 months, of our falls prevention ‘Make a Move’ project, which has sadly come to an end.  We hope people will come and join us and ‘have a go’ at New Age Kurling, Boccia and have a sing-a-long with Gina’

The event starts at 11am, will be opened at 11.15am by the Deputy Mayor Cllr Bill Quinton and the activity session will start around 11.30am, followed by a free buffet. There will be a raffle and an opportunity to meet others. Access to the lift is through Customer Services, next to Waitrose.
